Delivery Times

We aim to post all orders within 1 -3  working days, most orders are shipped within this time period but on occasions your order may take up to 28 days and longer. If your item is going to take longer than 10 days our customer services will contact you by email this is normally when something is out of stock or needs to be custom made.

but we always want you to receive your order as fast as we can get it to you.

• If the item is out of stock we will email you and tell you how long till it comes back in to stock
• If in doubt please call us for stock levels

All prices will be taken in gbp (pounds) usd and euro amounts are for example only (your bank will convert into your money )

For uk deliveries

Up to 150kg we use dhl ups or interlink

delivery time 1 to 4 working days

Over 30 kg we use a pallet service

With a pallet you can go up to 500 kg

For Europe

We use DHLroad or UPS AIR CARGO

delivery time 1 to 4 working days

usa and Canada

We use DHL and UPS

delivery time 2 - 4 working days

Australia and Asia

We use DHL and UPS

Returns / Cancellation Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

You can return faulty items but please can you call us first as you may have to sent it to the manufacture .

 You can also return if there  is a our error on our part. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
